Shipping

Currently we only ship to all countries in Europe. If you want to have an order shipped to a country outside Europe, please contact us at: info@bootstock.nl. Adjusted shipping costs apply.

Shipping in the Netherlands is sent by DHL.

We aim to ship your order within 1-4 business days.

After ordering and payment you will receive an e-mail confirming the order placed. If you have not received a message, please contact us so that we can check whether everything went well.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation of shipment and a track & trace code by e-mail. This allows you to track your shipment. From the moment the package is handed over to DHL, we no longer have any influence on the delivery time.

Our shipping costs are currently €5.95, but this varies by country. When placing the order, the correct shipping costs will be shown.

If the received track & trace code does not indicate after 1-4 working days when the package will be delivered, please contact DHL first. They can often provide you with the correct information immediately.

Return

Items may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt. The return costs are for your own account. Bootstock is not responsible for paying shipping costs when orders are returned.

Always add the packing slip with the order number and state the reason for the return. Without the order number or your name and address details, we cannot find out to whom the return shipment belongs.

Handle the boots with care. When returning it must be in the same condition that you received it. Returns that do not comply with our policies will not be accepted.

We always recommend that you send your returned packages with tracking. Bootstock is not responsible for lost deliveries.
